Our mango tree is dropping dozens of mangos at the moment. Most of them come down with either bat or possum tooth marks in them but several have been intact.
There's something very satisfying about cutting up and snacking on home grown fruit. Like you're somehow beating the system.
I've even taken to pulping and freezing mango then combining it with vanilla ice-cream to enjoy my own homemade Weiss bar.
