One of my biggest internal motivators is to not appear to be a hypocrite. It governs every decision in my live and I'm super sensitive to correcting this behavior in myself.
When someone is a constant and brazen hypocrite it blows my mind. I just can't comprehend how they don't have the same viscural shame that threatens me. The freedom to not care about strongly promoting two conflicting positions absolutely baffles me. I can't understand it at all.
