hey professor? why do kids want to become astronauts and fire-fighters? that's a good question, they also mention police a lot too. | my theory is that children can't comprehend the work that people perform so they relate jobs to the uniform you wear. i was thinking they're drawn to the risk elements of the jobs. | i'd agree with you but for the fact that young girls often mention wanting to become nurses. and there's nothing particularly risky about dealing with bedpans and viru,.... | okay, maybe you have a point. boo yah! |
